Gentle Yoga (Ages 14 & Up)

Structured to rejuvenate and heal the body while calming and relaxing the mind. Class is designed to gently stretch and open the body using the breath, restorative and modified yoga poses. Gentle yoga is suitable for students of any level; great for athletes looking to increase flexibility, as well as those recovering from any type of illness or injury. (No class 3/26)

Chair Yoga (Ages 14 & Up)

This class is ideal for anyone who has ever hesitated to try yoga because of the challenge of getting down on the floor or doing standing poses. This is an excellent class to increase mobility, create strength, develop balance, inspire tranquility, and an overall sense of well-being. This class is great for seniors or those with concerns regarding weight, arthritis, or other physical limitations. (No class 3/28)

Fitness 101 (Ages 14 & Up)

Now is the time to get fit, no excuses! This class is for beginners who have never worked out or who haven't been active in years but are now ready to get started. Participants will focus on stretching, light aerobics, and weight training basics to help get tone and tight. No strenuous workouts-just a course to get you back on track.

Experience this challenging and dynamic whole body muscle conditioning class using dumbbells, bands, tubes, exercise balls, and other resistance tools.

This combo class features a Step portion that is a fun and energetic way to reach and maintain your target cardio heart rate. Toning follows the Step cool down.
